Hepsia File Manager
Hepsia's File Manager section allows you to manage your website content with simple point-and-click maneuvers. Right-click contextual menus allow fast access to various file manipulation options, whereas convenient drag & drop functionality will enable you to upload new files from your desktop PC in an instant. You will also find built-in file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to compress and extract files without difficulty too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your personal computer. The integrated drag 'n' drop functionality will allow you to easily transfer files between your personal computer and the server. Simply select the file that you want to upload from your desktop PC and then drag it into your browser. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your hard disk drive. In addition, you can download files and even folders to your disk drive by pressing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager GUI, you can create a brand new file or folder with just a single mouse click. All action buttons are handily positioned above the file/folder list and you can edit your files effortlessly. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, see the contents of a file or change its permissions, erase a file, etc.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager user interface, you will be able to compress and extract all types of files. It works surprisingly fast - just select the files you want to zip and push the Compress button. You can even select the type of the new archive (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract the contents of an archive to a chosen folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager user interface, you really do not need any third-party software tools in order to update your files. There is an image viewer, which enables you to explore the contents of your image files to get a clue about how the images will actually appear online. Besides, you will find several in-built file editors, which will grant you complete command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are aimed at more proficient individuals, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can view all HTML source code changes in real time) is also suitable for non-tech-savvy individuals.
